All reservations / confirmation / changes must be made in writing by fax or email to the above addresses. First response is guaranteed within 48 working hours and then once the reservations are initiated, we must wait for responses from suppliers as we work « a la carte » only and therefore do not hold any quota in hotels and riads.
Morocco Your Way confirms earlier than the requested services or offer an alternative if the services described are not available.
The services must be re-confirmed by the customer to Morocco Your Way within 72 hours for us to make final arrangements. Otherwise, the request will be canceled.
Once the reservation is made and definitely all confirmed reservations for hotels, 1 single rebooking is permitted without charge. For more than 1 change Morocco Your Way charge 10 Euros per change.
A first deposit of 25% is to be held at confirmation of all services 75% balance must be received no later than 40 days before the start of the confirmed program. Unless specific conditions are set up by suppliers, for which you will be informed at the time of our confirmation of all services.
Failure of regulation schedule could lead outright cancellation of reservations.
All services booked in your name before the client’s arrival must be paid by Morocco Your Way to suppliers.
Any additional services or extras ordered during the client’s stay can be paid directly to suppliers. If they were to be included in our bill, they will be subject to 20% VAT (if applicable) and our 10% handling fee.
CANCELLATIONS AND MODIFICATIONS
Cancellation received by Morocco Your Way minimum 45 days before arrival: no charge
Cancellation received between 44 and 30 days before arrival: only the amount of deposit received will be retained by Morocco Your Way.
Cancellation received between 29 and 20 days before arrival: 30% of total services will be charged .
Cancellation received between 19 days and 8 days before the client’s arrival: 50% of total services will be charged.
Cancellation received 7 days or less before the arrival of customers: the entire total must be paid.
All prices shown on our programs are given in Moroccan Dirhams (MAD), to pay for such, and are subject to change without notice, especially if a change in the official rate of the Moroccan VAT or any other action the Moroccan government, which led to a substantial increase in social charges.
All claims must be made in writing to Morocco Your Way before leaving Morocco.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Morocco Your Way has specific liability insurance to cover damage or loss caused by his own errors once they proved it, but has no specific insurance to cover risks incurred by customers, only acting as intermediaries with hotels, restaurants and other suppliers or contractors.
Therefore, Morocco Your Way can not be held responsible, and will decline the liability for any loss, damage, injury including death, delays, schedule changes or irregularities that are out of our control.
Also Morocco Your Way reserves the right to modify the arrangements with or without notice, if it is to achieve the best interests of all concerned.
